In 2010
and 2011 under the program "Teach Georgian as a Second Language" 30
Schools around Georgia have been taking part in Friendship projects. It means
to make Azeri, Armenian and Georgian teachers and children had an experience of
living and studying in each other's schools, to have sightseeing of different
cultures and taste different cuisines. Through
these activities the project aimed to build generations of intercultural
friendship by creating lasting connections and understanding between the
students from different ethnic groups.
Program
"Teach Georgian as a Second Language" is a greatest opportunity to
connect cultures and it somehow became as a communicative source for Armenian
and Azeri and Georgian teachers and children. |
