The main goal of the program is to improve the quality of teaching and learning in high need areas, especially in high-mountainous regions since these are the ones most threatened by the absence of qualified and motivated teaching staff.

TfG success is driven by the focus on student achievement and efforts to continually improve the program. While growing in scale and impact, TfG remains focused on ensuring that more students are achieving academically and more young teachers enter the profession.

Key goals:

-          enhancement of quality of teaching and learning in schools especially of high-mountainous regions;

-          attracting and retaining effective teaching talents;

-          advancing the teaching profession and providing incentives for teachers to teach for a career;
